Kids in Chicago need YOU! Volunteer with Sit Stay Read.
Every SIT STAY READ program utilizes Book Buddies (reading tutors without a dog)
and Dog Teams. Both roles give you the opportunity to help children learn to
read and explore the world of books.
School programs are held Monday through Thursday, from 10-11AM, and require a
one-hour per week commitment for eight weeks.
Community programs are held after-school and on Saturdays. These opportunities
vary in length from 4-8 weeks and require a one-hour per week commitment.
